Xiaomi SU7 uses a large number of silicon carbide chips

The Xiaomi SU7 model was recently released and has attracted widespread attention. It is reported that the model uses silicon carbide chips in the drive system, on-board power supply, thermal management and charging network. According to analysis, the single-motor version of Xiaomi SU7 uses about 64 silicon carbide chips, while the dual-motor version uses 112. The application of these chips is not limited to the drive system, but also includes OBC, high-voltage DC-DC and air compressor electronic control.
