Xiaomi SU7's electric drive supplier revealed

The electric drive supplier of Xiaomi SU7 has been announced. The 400V two-wheel drive version is equipped with SiC electric drive from United Automotive Electronics and a water-cooled permanent magnet motor (TZ220XS102) for the rear drive. The 800V four-wheel drive version is equipped with SiC electric drive from Inovance, a front oil-cooled asynchronous motor (YS210XY102) and a rear oil-cooled permanent magnet motor (TZ220XY102). In addition, the electric drive supplier of the single-motor version is United Automotive Electronics, which is equipped with silicon carbide chips from Bosch.
