Change of actual controller of CATL

Zeng Yuqun and Li Ping, the actual controllers of CATL, have signed the Termination Agreement of Book Search, deciding to terminate their relationship as persons acting in concert from October 23, 2015. After this change, the actual controller of the company will be Zeng Yuqun alone instead of Zeng Yuqun and Li Ping.
