Toyota's sales in China grow against the trend

In 2023, Toyota's overall sales in China fell by only 2%, while Lexus' sales rose by 3%. From January to October this year, the cumulative number of imported cars in China was only 580,000, a year-on-year decrease of 9%. However, in this bleak situation, Lexus' performance was particularly prominent - with sales of 149,000 vehicles, it achieved a year-on-year growth of 7%.
