TSMC acquires Littelfuse's South Taiwan Science Park plant to expand production lines

TSMC recently announced that it has acquired Littelfuse's factory in Tainan Science Park to meet Sony's needs to build a dedicated foundry and prepare for the expansion of advanced packaging production lines in advance. TSMC said that the acquisition was to meet the company's operational needs in Tainan Science Park.
