Porsche recalls some Taycans

On May 11, Porsche (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. announced the recall of 1,590 imported Taycan series electric vehicles. The high-voltage power batteries of some vehicles may have internal short circuit problems, which may lead to thermal runaway and fire risks of the battery modules in extreme cases. The company will test the high-voltage power batteries of the affected vehicles and replace the abnormal battery modules free of charge if any abnormalities are found.
