Tianyu Semiconductor reaches strategic cooperation with overseas automotive customers

According to Tianyu Semiconductor, they have begun mass production of 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers and have reached a strategic cooperation with a leading overseas integrated device manufacturer (IDM) automotive customer on 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers.
