Xinyue Energy's automotive-grade SiC chip production line enters mass production

In June 2023, Xinyue Energy stated that its automotive-grade SiC chip production line has entered the mass production stage, including a series of automotive-grade and industrial-grade SiC chip products such as 1200V 16 milliohms/35 milliohms. Currently, it has signed contracts with more than 10 COT customers and is about to complete mass production of products for 4 customers.
