SCO's automotive-grade SiC chip module project enters trial production

The SCO automotive-grade SiC chip module project has now entered the trial production stage, with a planned total investment of RMB 1 billion. The project is located in the functional area of ​​Suzhou Taihu Science City, with a construction area of ​​about 11,000 square meters. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 2.4 million sets of SiC half-bridge modules after completion.
