Fujian Jinhua Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. was awarded a not-liable ruling by a U.S. court

After five years of legal battles, Fujian Jinhua Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. ("Fujian Jinhua") was found not guilty in a non-jury trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on charges of stealing trade secrets from American companies. Judge Maxine M. Chesney believed that the US prosecutors failed to provide sufficient evidence to prove that Fujian Jinhua stole Micron's proprietary data.
