Micron sues Fujian Jinhua and UMC for intellectual property infringement

In December 2017, Micron sued Fujian Jinhua and UMC in a federal court in California, accusing UMC of stealing its intellectual property, including key DRAM technology, through Micron's employees in Taiwan and handing it over to Fujian Jinhua.
