UMC and Micron reach global settlement agreement

On November 26, 2021, UMC announced that it had reached a global settlement agreement with Micron, and both parties would withdraw their lawsuits against each other. UMC paid Micron a one-time confidential settlement amount, and the two parties will seek cooperation opportunities in the future.
