United Electronics' 400V silicon carbide bridge has been successfully mass-produced

In March 2024, United Electronics successfully achieved the first mass production of 400V SiC (silicon carbide) bridges at its Taicang plant. This achievement marks the company's full coverage of Si and SiC technologies on the 400V voltage platform, and provides customers with 400V Si, 400V SiC and 800V SiC bridge solutions.
