HiPhi Auto encountered obstacles in its cooperation with Changan Automobile and received a lawsuit initiated by Jia Yueting. Jia Yueting accused HiPhi's parent company Human Horizons of infringing trade secrets and unfair competition and demanded compensation for losses. HiPhi founder Ding Lei once cooperated with Jia Yueting and served as a co-founder of LeEco Auto before founding Human Horizons.
