STMicroelectronics and Zhizhan Technology reach cooperation

In terms of chip selection, Zhizhan Technology has in-depth cooperation with Wolfspped. Zhizhan Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhizhan Technology") has reached a cooperative relationship with Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE: WOLF), a global leader in silicon carbide (SiC) technology. Zhizhan Technology's fuel cell vehicle full silicon carbide controller uses Wolfspeed® 1200V SiC MOSFET. In addition, on January 18 this year, it was announced that it had reached a cooperation with STMicroelectronics, and STMicroelectronics provided its third-generation SiC MOSFET technology for the compressor controller in Zhizhan Technology's electric vehicle air conditioner.
