Requirements for test reports of battery cells in energy storage system equipment

For the battery cells of energy storage system equipment, bidders need to provide product inspection reports or product certification reports issued by third-party CNAS laboratories and CMA inspection and testing agencies that comply with GB/T36276-2023 "Lithium-ion Batteries for Power Storage". If the battery cells have passed IEC62619, UL1973, UL9540A, UN38.3 certification, they will be given priority.
