Xijing Technology and Antong Holdings plan to establish a joint venture

Xijing Technology and Antong Holdings officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in the New Quadrant Space of Silicon Alley in Shanghai. The two parties plan to invest in the establishment of a new joint venture and plan to achieve intelligent management and commercial operation of the entire life cycle of approximately 200,000 containers within one year, and actively expand in AI digital products, new energy autonomous driving solutions and multi-scenario applications.
