Nissan and Honda plan to list on Tokyo Stock Exchange after integrating their businesses

Nissan and Honda plan to allow Honda and Nissan brands to continue to coexist and develop equally. The shares of the new joint holding company under consideration are planned to be newly listed on the main board of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, with the listing time scheduled for August 2026.
