Hong Kong issues second pilot licence for autonomous vehicles

The Hong Kong Government's Transport Department announced on December 19 that Kwoon Chung Tour Bus Company Limited has been granted the second pilot license for autonomous vehicles. The company is allowed to test two autonomous vehicles at designated time periods and sections within the West Kowloon Cultural District.
