According to industry analysis, the use of SiC MOSFET in Xiaomi SU7 is quite considerable. The single-motor version uses about 64, including about 36 main drives, about 14 OBCs, about 8 high-voltage DC-DCs, and about 6 air compressor electronic controls. The dual-motor version uses about 112, including 48 main drives, 36 auxiliary drives, about 14 OBCs, about 8 high-voltage DC-DCs, and about 6 air compressor electronic controls. In addition, a certain number of IGBTs and MOS tubes are also used in charging piles and PTCs.
