INBO Electric launches 125kW energy storage converter based on SiC technology

Inbo Electric launched a 125kW energy storage converter based on SiC technology at the 10th China International Energy Storage Exhibition. The converter adopts a three-phase four-bridge arm design and SiC core devices to improve efficiency and ensure stability. The full load efficiency is greater than 98%, with a wider DC voltage range to meet the needs of different scenarios.
