Guohua Investment's requirements for bidder qualifications

Bidders participating in the fourth batch of energy storage system equipment centralized procurement public bidding projects of Guohua Investment in 2024 need to meet certain qualification requirements and performance requirements. Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations registered in accordance with the law, and they must be energy storage battery cell manufacturers, energy storage inverter PCS manufacturers, or energy storage battery management system BMS manufacturers. In addition, they must have a cumulative domestic supply performance of no less than 1GWh from December 2021 to the bid deadline, including at least one 200MWh energy storage integrated system project supply performance.
