Advanced Electric North America plans to expand its Michigan plant

On February 19, 2024, Jing-Jin Electric North America LLC plans to build a 40,000-square-foot plant in Farmington Hills, Michigan, to produce electric vehicle parts. The company will invest $16.5 million in the project, of which about $7.5 million will be used for new buildings and $9 million will be used for machinery and equipment. The new project will create 100 jobs, and the additional production capacity will help it fulfill a new contract with a multinational automaker.
