GigaDevice acquires Suzhou Syschip to strengthen its digital circuit layout

In the field of digital circuits, there were only two M&A events, with GigaDevice and Intellifusion as the acquirers. GigaDevice and its co-investors acquired 70% of the shares of Suzhou Syschip for RMB 580 million.
