Momenta may apply for listing in the U.S.

Chinese autonomous driving company Beijing Momenta Technology Co. has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the U.S. People familiar with the matter said Momenta is working with China International Capital Corporation, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and UBS Group AG on a possible listing, which could come as early as this year.
