Baowu Magnesium and Estun jointly launched a magnesium alloy robot, leading a new chapter in intelligent manufacturing

On December 20, 2024, Baowu Magnesium and Estun released a new magnesium alloy robot "ER4-550-MI" at the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference. This robot is 11% lighter than the aluminum alloy version, 5% faster in cycle speed, and has excellent shock absorption, electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation performance, reducing energy consumption by 10%. The two parties signed a global new quality productivity strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop, produce and promote magnesium alloy robots.
