Clas-SiC plans to raise £24 million to expand production

Scottish silicon carbide wafer factory Clas-SiC announced plans to raise 24 million pounds (about 218 million yuan) for expansion, which is expected to increase production capacity by 2.5 times. The funds will be used to expand clean room space, process development and equipment purchase. In 2024, 70% of Clas-SiC's factory capacity has been allocated, and the order volume is healthy, which is seen as a good opportunity for expansion.
