Micron to use Canon nanoimprint lithography machine to reduce DRAM production costs

Micron plans to adopt Canon's nanoimprint lithography (NIL) machine to reduce the cost of producing DRAM memory. Micron introduced the advantages of nanoimprint technology, such as reducing costs and improving production efficiency. Canon's new FPA-1200NZ2C nanoimprint lithography machine will help achieve this goal.
