Chungju City suspends operation of all hydrogen buses

As a result of the accident, Chungju City decided to suspend the operation of all 18 hydrogen buses pending a thorough safety review. These buses were purchased by Chungju City in August 2022 for 600 million won (about 3 million yuan) each, aiming to strengthen its public transportation system with clean energy alternatives.
