CRRC successfully developed a high-power silicon carbide fuel cell DC/DC converter

CRRC Times Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. announced that it has successfully developed a high-power silicon carbide fuel cell DC/DC converter and received an order for 400 sets of core components for hydrogen fuel cell systems from SAIC Jie Hydrogen. Compared with traditional IGBT module converter products, the switching frequency of this converter is increased by more than 4 times, the power density is increased by more than 3 times, the average system efficiency is greater than 97%, and the maximum efficiency can reach 99%.
