Great Wall Motors promotes the steady development of China's automotive chip industry and achieves remarkable results

On December 20, the General Assembly of the China Automotive Chip Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance and the inaugural meeting of the Shanghai Automotive Integrated Circuit Industry Chain Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance were held in Shanghai. At the meeting, Wu Huixiao, CTO of Great Wall Motors, shared the company's experience and achievements in the application of domestic chips on vehicles, and expressed support for localized vehicle chips. In the past three years, Great Wall Motors has used more than 55 million domestic chips, and the localization rate of new platform smart models has exceeded 54%. Great Wall Motors will continue to carry out in-depth work in key areas such as participating in the formulation of relevant standards, planning of open source technology roadmaps, innovative vehicle architecture design and exploration, and vertical integration of ecological cooperation to promote the innovative development of China's automotive chip industry.
