Changzhou Zonghui Xingguang releases a new AR-VCSEL

Changzhou Zonghui Xingguang published an article in Nature Communications about their latest research results, namely anti-reflection cavity surface emitting laser (AR-VCSEL). This innovative technology greatly improves the small divergence angle, brightness and single-mode power of VCSEL, providing new possibilities for the application of long-range vehicle-mounted radar.
