Pony.ai and Toyota jointly establish Zhuifeng Intelligent

Zhuifeng Intelligent Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Pony.ai and Toyota, has been successfully registered, with shareholding ratios of 50%, 32.77% and 17.23% respectively. The company plans to introduce thousands of unmanned Robotaxi vehicles and provide unmanned travel services in first-tier cities.
