In March this year, China's leading packaging and testing company Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. had two important mergers and acquisitions. First, Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it would acquire 80% of SanDisk Semiconductor Co., Ltd. for RMB 4.5 billion. Subsequently, China Resources Group acquired the controlling stake of Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB 11.7 billion.
