BYD accelerates deployment of energy storage business

Shenzhen Pingshan Fudi Battery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BYD, was renamed Shenzhen BYD Energy Storage Co., Ltd., and its business scope was expanded to include energy storage technology services, intelligent power transmission and distribution, and control equipment sales. This move indicates that BYD will further accelerate the layout of its energy storage business.
