Dongfeng Renault reorganization and Dongfeng Motor (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. name change

In April 2020, Dongfeng Motor Group announced the reorganization of Dongfeng Renault. Renault plans to transfer 50% of its shares to Dongfeng Motor Group, and Dongfeng Renault will stop related business activities. In July of the same year, Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd. was renamed Dongfeng Motor (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Group.
