BAIC BluePark announced that its subsidiary BAIC New Energy has successfully introduced 11 strategic investors and signed a capital increase agreement, with a total capital increase of RMB 8.15 billion. After the completion of this round of capital increase, BAIC BluePark will continue to be the controlling shareholder of BAIC New Energy. The capital increase will be mainly used to repay debts formed by bank loans and support the normal operation, management, investment and other expenses and expenditures within the company's business scope, aiming to enhance the company's competitiveness and optimize the capital structure.
