Micron Technology and Fujian Jinhua reach a settlement to end all litigation

In December 2023, Micron Technology, the largest memory chip manufacturer in the United States, and Fujian Jinhua, a Chinese chip company, announced a settlement. Both parties agreed to withdraw lawsuits against each other worldwide and end all lawsuits. Although Micron Technology refused to disclose more details, the settlement is a positive development for both companies.
