CATL acquires Snowway Mining for RMB 6.4 billion

In 2023, CATL acquired Snowway Mining for RMB 6.4 billion and became a wholly-owned shareholder. Snowway Mining's lithium mine is located in the Jiajika Plateau in western Sichuan. It is an open-pit deposit with high reliability of spodumene resource reserves and grades.
