VitaPower (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established on December 9, 2024. The legal representative is Yu Yinan, who holds 71.4288% of the shares. Zhao Zhelun and Song Wei each hold 14.2856% of the shares. Song Wei is the former chief architect of Horizon Software Platform. He has rich experience in the engineering implementation of full-stack AI technology in the software and hardware of the autonomous driving industry. He will be responsible for the intelligent system and robot engineering of VitaPower.
