Ube Industries develops ultra-large die-casting machine to meet high-pressure casting technology

Ube Industries, Ltd. is actively developing ultra-large die-casting machines to cope with the high-pressure casting technology "GigaCast" that uses molten aluminum alloy and ultra-large molds to integrally mold automobile body parts. The company has developed and sold die-casting machines with a clamping force of 6,500 tons, and recently launched a machine with a clamping force of 9,000 tons, the largest in Japan.
