Xinjie Energy invested in Changzhou Zhenjing Semiconductor to develop silicon carbide liquid phase crystals

Xinjie Energy plans to invest RMB 25 million in Changzhou Zhenjing Semiconductor, which focuses on the research and development and production of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide (SiC) liquid phase crystals.
