Jiangsu Nanjing Zhongjiang Semiconductor IGBT Copper Clad Ceramic Substrate Industrialization Project Capped

On March 28, the main building of the Zhongjiang Semiconductor IGBT copper-clad ceramic substrate industrialization project has been capped, and secondary structure construction is underway. It is expected that the equipment will be installed in the factory at the end of April and completed and put into production at the end of October. This project is one of the major projects of the Binjiang Development Zone in 2024. It is built by Nanjing Zhongjiang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is mainly engaged in the production, sales and research and development of new material ceramic copper-clad substrates.
