Four companies including Tuojing Technology and China Science and Technology Testing jointly established a joint venture

Recently, four semiconductor equipment manufacturers, namely, Tuojing Technology, Zhongke Feice, Microguide Nano and Shengmei Shanghai, jointly invested to establish a joint venture company, Zhongke Gongxin. It is reported that Zhongke Gongxin was registered in Guangzhou on December 12, 2023, with a registered capital of 180 million yuan. The company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of computers, communications and other electronic equipment, and its business covers multiple fields such as the manufacture and sales of semiconductor discrete devices.
