Samsung and SK Hynix will convert more than 20% of their DRAM production lines to HBM production lines

Samsung and SK Hynix expect DRAM and HBM prices to remain stable this year due to the growing demand for AI-related chips. To meet market demand, the two companies plan to convert more than 20% of their DRAM production lines to HBM production lines. It is reported that SK Hynix's HBM chips have been sold out, while Samsung's HBM products have also been sold out.
