Renault invests 2.3 billion yuan to produce electric trucks

Renault Group announced plans to invest 300 million euros (about 2.33 billion yuan) in its Sandouville assembly plant in northern France to produce an electric light commercial vehicle for its joint venture Flexis SAS. The plant will start production in 2026 to meet the growing demand for decarbonization and efficient urban logistics. In addition, Flexis SAS, a joint venture established by Renault and Volvo, aims to meet this demand.
