CRRC Times Semiconductor achieved full-year operating income of 3.637 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 59.84%. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.028 billion yuan, a significant year-on-year increase of 149.09%. The company's projects in IGBT and automotive electric drive have achieved remarkable results, including the successful development of a new generation of 3300V IGBT modules and a new generation of SiC permanent magnet integrated electric drive systems.
