SMIC's revenue hits record high in the first quarter of 2024

According to the latest financial report released by SMIC, sales revenue in the first quarter of 2024 reached US$1.75 billion, a month-on-month increase of 4.3% and a year-on-year increase of 19.7%. This performance exceeded the revenue of UMC and GlobalFoundries in the same period, making SMIC the world's second largest pure-play foundry after TSMC.
