Beiyi Semiconductor Completes B+ Round of Financing

Beiyi Semiconductor announced the successful completion of its B+ round of financing, with 100 million yuan of funds led by Shanghai Wutong Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. in place, and the total amount of this round of financing is expected to reach 150 million yuan. These funds will be used for the company's SiC MOSFET technology research and development and production line upgrade and expansion.
