Intel takes over ASML High-NA EUV initial production capacity, with a single unit cost exceeding 2.6 billion yuan

According to the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily, Intel has booked ASML's High-NA EUV equipment orders until the first half of 2025, which means Samsung and SK Hynix will not get these equipment until the second half of 2025. ASML High-NA EUV equipment has an annual production capacity of about five to six units, and Intel will get all the initial production capacity. These devices are essential for manufacturing 2nm process node chips, and each device costs more than 2.647 billion yuan.
